Many moons ago, The Heavenly Social’s residency at London’s Turnmills quickly forged itself a reputation as one of the city’s best parties. With residents The Chemical Brothers and regular guests including the likes Fatboy Slim the event has held a place in clubbing folklore within the capital ever since its time sadly came to an end. So when Heavenly announced their return to club events every Friday at The Social in London we thought it would only be natural for Data Transmission, also born out of the close of Turnmills to hook up with the rejuvenated brand  for Heavenly Social’s glorious return on Friday 30th May, at The Social in London. We’ve pulled together a killer line-up for the show including the return of The Sunshine Underground and Relish Recordings signing Morgan Hammer for a night to remember. To celebrate the upcoming event we’ve hooked up with headliners The Sunshine Underground to premiere Justin Robertson’s excellent remix of their new track ‘Finally We Arrive’ from their forthcoming third album which arrives May 19th.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
