Dyno returns to Gain Records with his ‘Clutch’ EP

Share

Sisko Electrofanatik’s Gain Records welcomes Italian artist Dyno for his sixth release on the label with his ‘Clutch’ EP.

Dyno is an Italian electronic genre producer based in Pesaro, Italy. His alias is inspired by his passion for Graffiti Art: in the 90s he was a writer and a friend of his dedicated a writing tagging as DYNO.

He has been a regular on Gain in addition to his tracks and remixes on labels ranging from UMEK’s 1605 to Coyu’s Suara. He also runs his own label Dyrwalk which is a regular outlet for his dark and atmospheric tracks.

This EP features four original cuts of hard-hitting techno with thrashing percussion and brooding tension that builds suspense on the dance floor.

“Nox” opens the release with its pounding kick drum and fizzing hi-hats that are soon joined by the hypnotic tension of the lead synth. “Clutch” blends eerie atmospherics with a punishing clap and industrial bursts, before “Suburbia” takes control with its rumbling low end and stabbing lead synth. “Sequential One” closes out the release with its stripped back groove and swelling synth line.

We premiere ‘Nox’ on our NUDE Techno channels today, check it out here and grab Clutch EP from Gain Records on Beatport

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
