After riding high at number one in the album charts with a critically acclaimed album, several assaults on the charts with crossover hits, earning rave reviews from their fans for a series of live performances at festivals last summer and a host of award nominations it seems that south London duo Disclosure can do no wrong at the moment.

Further good news for the brothers Lawrence arrived yesterday as confirmation of their debut album ‘Settle’ going platinum in the UK filtered though with the duo’s record label PMR Records sharing the news via their Facebook page.  Going platinum in the UK is quite the achievement with ‘Settle’ now selling over 300,000 copies since its release in the boys native land. With big plans for the summer including another broad range set of tour dates at some of the worlds hottest festivals and their own Wildlife series seeing them hook up with the likes of Claude VonStroke, Joey Bada$$ and George FitzGerald we wouldn’t bet against the pairing shifting another 300k worth of records in the near future. Congrats!

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
