Craig Richards mixes Get Lost VII

craig-richards.jpgWith 15 years as resident and musical director of London’s renowned fabric nightclub under his belt, Craig Richards has become one of Britain’s most revered DJs. Now he’s set to showcase his skills once again, joining the likes of Totally Enormous Extinct DinosaursJamie Jones and Damian Lazarus in providing a mix for the Get Lost series on seminal label Crosstown Rebels.

Get Lost VII presents a wealth of musical knowledge, spanning from the late ’80s to the modern day. The album splits 37 tracks across two discs; Disc One is for “serious music lovers”, with Richards exploring his vast array of influences, whilst Disc Two “takes a darker ride through the late night abyss”. As expected the tracklist consists of artists from across the musical spectrum, with the likes of Black Rascals, Calibre, 2 House, Trevino, Kenny Larkin, STL, Ruf Dug, Redshape and Neil Landstrumm all rubbing shoulders with each other.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
