All change at London’s Victoria Park in 2018

Share

It’s all changed at Victoria Park next year.

London’s Field Day festival is leaving its long-time home, with the new location has not yet been revealed, but the 2018 edition of the festival will be taking place on the weekend of Saturday June 2.

All Points East, a new festival from the organisers behind Coachella, has been announced for Victoria Park, London, in May 2018. It opens with a three-day festival, with the xx the only confirmed headliner so far, and closes with three standalone concerts on consecutive nights.

This is all because Organisers AEG and Goldenvoice beat competition from previous Victoria Park events Lovebox and Field Day to win the exclusive contract to host events in the park.

Let’s hope Lovebox & Field Day move to Finsbury Park, which had much better sound levels for Abode in the Park.
