Caspa Unveils Dubstep Sessions 2014 Details

The term dubstep may have become a slightly poisoned in our recent genre obsessed times but the fact remains that bass music and culture is still one of the leading proponents of the electronic music scene  with the likes of UK dubstep DJ & producer Caspa riding the wave, creating maximum impact both as an artist and independent label boss.

Dragging dubstep into 2014 is Caspa with his new compilation Caspa presents Dubstep Sessions 2014  in what is is predicted to be the biggest year for bass music on the airwaves across the UK, Europe, USA and beyond.

Spanning 34 tracks of some of the biggest dubstep and trap cuts the compilation features some of the scene’s biggest artists with Datsik, Excision, Doctor P, Joker, and Emalkay, amongst those making an appearance and features no less than nine exclusive tracks that you won’t hear anywhere else: Variations feat. Travis Kaye – Big Belly, Filth Collins – Fatboy VIP, Trolley Snatcha – Zulu, Caspa – Sub.Mission, Oiki – Ratchet, Joker – Head Top, Cotti feat Killa P – Dub Warrior, Caspa – No Gyal Tune, and Subscape – Angels. 

With such a strong tracklist curated by one of the biggest tastemakers in bass music we’re expecting this to be a release that generate plenty of hype amongst the  bass music community.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
