Camp Bestival Line-up Revealed

Festi-holiday frolics ahoy! The Camp Bestival crew are hitting the slipway to launch their good ship cruising into Lulworth Castle from the 26th to the 29th July 2018.

Captain da Bank says: “Ahoy there shipmates and anchors aweigh! HMS Camp Bestival is ready to set sail with our first wave of salty seadogs to announce. Expect the unexpected from rock giants Simple Minds and Shed Seven to dance gurus Orbital and Basement Jaxx and a cheeky bit of Rick Astley too…  and that’s just the music. From River Cottage feasts and animatronic dinosaurs, to Insect Circuses, pantomimes and a gin festival, it’s full steam ahead for 2018. All aboard!”

They’ve announced a heap of acts including all three headliners including Simple Minds, baritone crooner Rick Astley and chief seafarers are huge Camp Bestival favourites, Clean Bandit.  They are joined by a big top headline appearance from techno trailblazers Orbital on Sunday night and Basement Jaxx will hit the decks in big ol’ blue on Saturday night. But that’s not all, we’ll be chock-a-block with copper-bottomed good times including Sara Cox presents Just Can’t Get Enough 80s,  Shed Seven, Tokio MyersDeclan McKenna, dodie, The Skatalites, and turntable wizard Jaguar Skills.
