Share

Black Girl / White Girl continue an incredibly forceful run of form with ‘Physique’, their first drop for the on-point AEROBIK imprint.

Black Girl / White Girl (Karin and Ty) are among the highest-rated upcoming acts in the global techno and house scene. Known for their jackin’ tracks and explosive DJ sets full of unexpected twists and turns into acid, disco, and electro. Their release on Green Velvet’s legendary Relief records had quite a few scene heavyweights giving their stamp of approval. Paying homage to the sounds of house and techno through their Israeli/Curacaoan roots, Karin and Ty’s ever-evolving signature style and approach to music feels genuinely refreshing and captivating. You just cannot escape the feeling that they are quickly becoming mainstays in the global scene.

With previous releases on Super Rhythm Trax, Of Unsound Mind, and Food, as well as Eats Everything and Andres Campo’s EI8HT imprint. Ty and Karin have won support from across the techno community and quickly established their strong rep.

On ‘Physique’ we’re treated to more of the rising stars’ uncompromising, instantly memorable techno joints including ‘Sticky Fingerz’ & ‘Jelly Brain’. Our premiere ‘Sticky Fingerz’ opens the EP with irresistible purpose. They’ve opted for a hypnotic, funk-laced rhythm haunted by elastic synth patterns and ethereal chants.

We premiere ‘Sticky Fingerz’ over on our NUDE Techno channel for you today. Check it out below and grab it here.
