Barely Legal announces new Imprint

Barely Legal is an ascendent DJ who has garnered a following through her skills as an astute, cross-genre selector – a skill which has seen her grace the booths of Fabric and Warehouse Project as well the airwaves of BBC Radio 1 and Rinse FM and festival line ups including Bestival, Outlook and Glastonbury.

Now, channeling this snowballing reputation, the London based artist launches her new label in May ‘Pretty Weird Records’ – an outlet designed to represent the many facets of UK Dance music whilst holding dear the same sense of eclecticism present in her DJ sets. The launch release, she has drafted in a new Bristol based producer Near who lines up three burly club tracks that come backed up with remixes by Sam Binga and TSVI.
