Former members of Swedish House Mafia, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso, have been signed to an exclusive contract with Universal Music Group under the name Axwell / Ingrosso. The duo are set to release new music and content this year on Def Jam Recordings in the U.S. and Virgin/EMI in the UK.

Axwell / Ingrosso premiered this new music as a duo with Radio 1’s Zane Lowe in Spring this year, “I was lucky enough to go down to the studio this week, listen to a whole bunch of songs. It’s going to be incredible,” Lowe raved on air. “It’s a whole new era for these two.” They have already played their first headline gigs at The Governors Ball in NY City, followed by Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas.

Despite having sold over 10 million records worldwide and having sold out Madison Square Garden in nine minutes in 2012, Swedish House Mafia never released a full studio album. Now signed to Universal, Axwell / Ingrosso are set to release their highly anticipated debut album early 2015.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
