Audio Bullys return with ‘The Scene’

Audio Bullys are an electronic music project, originally consisting of Simon Franks and Tom Dinsdale, who shot to fame in the early 2000’s.  Their biggest commercial success came with ‘Shot You Down’ which sampled the original Nancy Sinatra track and reached number 3 on the UK charts in 2005.

They also had a thumping track with a hard looking kid walking about the streets of London, titled ‘We Don’t Care’ which came on their album ‘Ego War’ which was one best electronic albums to come out of the early noughties. Last year,  Danny Howard remixed house music legend Erick Morillo’s 2007 hit with them, Break Down The Doors (a DT Fave) and eagle-eyed data transmission readers will remember Tom’s Mix of the Day as Mineo back in 2014.

Exciting times, as they’ve returned with brand new music on Low Steppa’s Simma Black label, titled ‘The Scene’, which you can hear below!

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
