Share

The second release of the Down Deeper label is ready to take off, following the flow of the first release. Andrea Crestani announces his ‘Forward’ EP which is due out this September, this ep is formed by three original house tracks.

Andrea is an Italian based dj and producer; musically born like dj in the teen ages, over time he has enriched his electronic musical background jumping through different genres without limitations. The first productions arrived in 2008, increasing rapidly during the following years with single Eps and remixes on labels like Echoe / Echolette, Flumo Recording, Hell Yeah Recordings, Alma Soul Music, Be Free Recordings. In 2016, in collaboration with Eleonora, a Russian Singer, he created a project called “Silky Wave”, a wave of love for chill-out music where tracks are full of smooth atmospheres and charmed vocals.

In the last years, he devoted a lot of time in his own studio only for the research of new sounds and he starts a new label project called “Down Deeper”, it will be the home of his music. This is a kind of new beginning for Andrea, these last years have marked Andrea’s style and have initiated an endless process of research and experimentation.

Our premiere “Forward” is the soul of this EP, classic 909 drums, warm pad, engaging bass and a fresh organ riff create a perfect rhythm that melts perfectly on a classic vocal loop.

Waxlife’s remix brings the track to another level, making it a more dancefloor-oriented track. “Backward” is the last track of this EP, based on the same drum line of “Forward”, it wants to be deeper, subtle bassline and an almost melancholy guitar make this track suitable for any occasion.

We premiere ‘Forward’ on Data Transmission today, check it out here and grab it here.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
