Rockwell announces ‘USER’ EP

Share

Rockwell has dropped his new EP, titled ‘User’ EP, out via Shogun Audio in February.

One of D&Bs most creative and considered producers storms into 2018 with the highly anticipated four track EP D&B royalty Roni Size and one of grime’s most respected MC’s Flowdan. ‘Easy’ is a dream combination of two generational disrupters. Not the most obvious of partnerships, Rockwell and Roni Size connect to create soaring nostalgic synths and siren-like vocals which punctuate a weighty, jungle infused percussion.

The rest of the EP cuts ‘Guts / Blood / Sex / Drugs’ featuring Jams (Obsolete Medium). His latest vocal offering ‘Inventor’ stands out with its killer instrumental and Flowdan’s comparable bars and  ‘User’ is a brooding and emotive roller.

Check out ‘Easy’ below.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
