Joeski brings the ‘Acid Disco’
Share
Joeski, also known as Joe Flores, was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens a true New Yorker who grew up in and around the legendary New York house scene of the 90s. Joeski himself is woven into the narrative of that period, having been a founding member of the Chocolate Factory and performing at the Limelight and Tunnel, before his career went fully international. His recording career followed suit a long list of seminal EPs stretch back to 2000.
After playing on our stage at Defected Croatia in the summer, he’s also had a prolific release schedule in 2017, already releasing on Poker Flat Recordings, dropping the ‘Lessons in Dub’ EP and also for Emerald City, ViVA, Street King, Nervous, Under No Illusion – to name but a few and now he pops up on Green Velvet’s Relief with another impressive, a track titled ‘Acid Disco’, which you can hear below.
He’s really been one of our highlights for 2017 (don’t forget to check his Mix of the day) and he continues to deliver here!
