BCrew’s Triumphant Return: Unveiling the ‘Keep On Tryin’ Single from Their ‘Rizin’ EP

The BCrew is back and better than ever! They’re gracing our ears with the release of their third single from the highly anticipated Rizin EP.

With ‘Keep On Tryin,’ they continue to deliver those spiritual good vibes, wrapping dancefloor enthusiasts in a cocoon of heavenly harmonies and uplifting verses that are sure to put you in a great mood.

But what takes this track to classic status is none other than the original production genius, Neil Pierce. Hailing from the UK, he’s a household name in the deep and soulful house scene, having graced the decks as a Soul Heaven resident at the iconic Ministry of Sound and boasting releases on labels like Sony, Defected, BBE, Ricanstruction, ZR, Def Jam, and many more. He brings his signature twangy funky style to the table, setting the stage for two soul-licious remixes, one of which is crafted by Chicago’s very own Sean Ali & MunkJulious, who together form Deep Soul Syndicate.

With an impressive track record on labels like Sophisticado, Tribe Records, Chic Soul Music, and Quantize, these maestros have worked their magic on productions featuring Groove Junkies, Lisa Shaw, Jocelyn Mathieu, and a host of others. In their remix of “‘Keep On Tryin,'” they infuse a super rubbery funky bassline, soulful rhodes keys that will send shivers down your spine, a bassline that’ll make you want to dance, and organic percussion that fits over the whole song like a velvet glove.

Last but certainly not least, we have the illustrious UK producer Booker T, who has recently earned a Grammy nomination. He completes this musical package by treating us to a sweet soulful rendition that includes classic piano chords, synth jabs, a touch of Latin-infused congas, and those almighty 4/4’s. When paired with the celestial diva vocals, it’s a combination that will undoubtedly lift your hands and spirits high up into the heavens.

But wait, there’s more! Building on the incredible response to their previous single ‘Grace,’ they’ve included a special edit of Emmaculate’s Dub, and it’s been skillfully crafted by none other than the legendary Mr. Danny Krivit, known for his contributions to 718 Sessions, Body & SOUL, and the vibrant NYC music scene. In fact, this edit recently claimed the number one spot on Traxsource’s Soulful House Chart, which is no small feat.

With so many incredible versions to choose from, you’ll find it tough to pick a favourite. We suggest you do the only reasonable thing – play them all! The BCrew’s ‘Keep On Tryin’ is a testament to their dedication to delivering music that’s not just heard but felt. So get ready to be transported to a realm of musical euphoria, and let your soul soar to the mesmerizing sounds of this EP.

Whether you’re a fan of deep and soulful house, a lover of soulful rhodes keys, or just someone who enjoys a good old-fashioned dance, this release is sure to strike a chord with your musical sensibilities.
