Steve Lawler confirmed to us at Data Transmission that he is playing at Space Closing Party on Sunday 2nd October.

In an interview at Creamfields over the weekend, the ViVa Music Head Honcho said “Yes, I will be – and I think you’ve got an exclusive on that. Yeah, of course I will. My brother has been talking to Juan (Arenas, Space Creative Director) Look, it goes without saying, I would have been absolute devastated if I hadn’t been asked. It’s been a very, very important part of my life. My love. My career. My career is my life; my life is about music. And that terrace is what really lifted me into the upper echelons of DJ stardom. I consider it a very important part of my history. Aside from that, I made a lot of good friends and had some of the best gigs of my life there. It would be wrong for me not to be a part of it.”

He joins the already announced Carl Cox, Tale Of Us, Maceo Plex, Nic Fanciulli, Darius Syrossian, Anja Schneider, Josh Wink, Steve Bug, Kölsch, Jon Rundell, Alex P, Brandon Block, David Morales, De La Swing, Wally Lopez, UNER, Roger Sanchez & more..

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
