Vici lands on Impact Music with ‘Space Traveler’ EP

After his beautiful single on the label a few months ago, Vici is back with another fantastic release on Impact Music!

Vici‘s ‘Space Traveler’, EP’s track title, is up first on the tracklisting. With its punching kick drums penetrating the composition, it stands as one of the track’s defining features. Its scuttling bassline sits amongst the record’s deeper aspects, creating an amazing futuristic soundscape.

Next up is our premiere ‘Concentrate’ which pulls you forward amongst smashing layers of percussion and pads. This adds to its impact segment by segment. This one’s a dark bouncy stepper with a great groove.

Then ‘Digital Erasure’ is the final submission. With sweeping atmospherics which leads into cranking breakdowns being accentuated by each of the track’s winding bass rhythms. From beginning to end, it becomes a defining characteristic of the EP and its an introspective exploration of how Vici manages his craft.

“We are seriously proud to be putting out the music that we are right now. We feel honoured to be in a position where producers like Vici feel they even want to release with us!” – Impact Music

Vici is a promising recruit of the Bass Jump Crew (Grenoble, France). Vici was just 9 years old when he first got absorbed into the Drum & Bass scene and has never let it go. In only a few years, he became one of the most exciting challengers on the french Drum & Bass circuit. With signature releases on Drum Army and Hyperactivity Music as well as a noteworthy collaboration with the almighty The Clamps as part of the ‘French Plates’ compilation, he has worked incredibly hard to make his name known. An incredible technician and peerless selector, Vici is an undeniable asset when it comes to smashing a dancefloor.

With plenty more music in the pipeline for Vici, this exciting producer is certainly one to watch!
