Technique Summer 2019 is the 4th album project brought to us by Drumsound & Bassline Smith’s Technique Recordings. The album features different flavours and sub-genres of drum ‘n’ bass which all perfectly soundtrack the season. Just looking at the tracklist for this summer’s instalment, with its blend of both veterans and up and coming artists, it’s clear to see that we’re in for another DnB heatwave.
In years to come, this might just be seen as an era-defining compilation. Undisputed legends sharing a tracklisting with some of the most exciting up-and-comers in the scene right now. What they have delivered is a multi-dimensional summer drum ‘n’ bass experience. Spanning thirty-eight tracks, there’s a whole lot of DnB to discover.
However, Technique Summer 2019 is not just about the album. It’s a full on project. They have added content like an exclusive mini-series on their SoundCloud and interviews to be released on the Technique website. The album may already be out, but Technique Summer 2019 is nowhere near over!
