Section drop ‘Blood Heart/Grounded’ on Locked Up Music

Label bosses Section return with a very special single entitled ‘Blood Heart/Grounded’. Not only is it Locked Up Music’s 25th release, but it also celebrates 4 years since the label released its debut EP. Section have gone from strength to strength during that time and Locked Up Music have firmly cemented themselves in the scene that they love so much. 

Our premiere ‘Blood Heart’ is a very clear nod to the legendary donny of the scene Calibre. We expect this track to remain in many DJ’s sets for a long time to come. It creates a vibe from the first bar and it keeps developing with piano and string samples, rolling drums and a deep bassline. On the flip ‘Grounded’ is a dubwise roller with chopped breaks and a hypnotic subline, which will devastate rigs and dancefloors when the restrictions lift.

We’ve been avid fans of this prolific duo for a while and have supported the label as much as we can simply because their output always ticks all my boxes. The quality of music coming through is always high and I can’t wait to see them back in the clubs!
