Rift & Savy Silva collab on ‘Only One’ on Four Corners Music
For Four Corners Music‘s 2nd release of 2022, they are very proud to welcome Rift to the imprint with his amazing new EP ‘Gaslight’ which includes ‘Only One’ ft. Savy Silva.
Four Corners have been enjoying Rift’s output for some time now and if you have been keeping an eye on him you will know he has been prolific over the last 2 years with an onslaught of excellent music on the likes of Overview, Impact Music, Differential and many more. Picking up support along the way from some of the scene’s biggest names such as A.M.C, Noisia, Doc Scott and more.
Rift, real name Cameron Harvie, can seemingly do it all, smooth as you like soulful liquid to big gully in your face baselines. Whatever style Rift decides to go for, one thing is guaranteed: Razor sharp production and precision engineering that is to be admired.
Rift has delivered a superb EP for us here in true Four Corners fashion! From the hypnotic sounds of the opening track ‘Abandon’ to the outright banger ‘Shade’ and onto the catchy vocal led ‘Only One’ featuring new talent Savy Silva.
Rift is a very talented lad and Four Corners tell us “We could not be more excited to be working with him, we hope you’ll agree that he’s certainly one to watch…”
Today we premiere ‘Only One’ which sees Rift collab with the very talented singer Savy Silva who is a 22 year old, multi-genre singer songwriter from Guernsey, Channel Islands. She has been writing her own music for over six years, throughout which she has worked with producers both locally and across the UK. She recently delivered her vocal talent on two stunning tracks by local producers, ‘Focused On You’ released by Krypta on Four Corners and ‘Through The Waves’ released by Inner Terrain on Rebel Music.
Savy’s vocal influences within the Drum & Bass genre have come from the likes of Charlotte Haining, Emily Makis, Charli Brix, Riya, Zara Kershaw and Collette Warren to name a few.
