Renegade Riddims: Speaker Louis

Speaker Louis is a French Jungle and Drum & Bass producer and DJ. After years of experimenting with live bass music performances, he moved to London and, inspired by the UK club culture, he began to focus his production on Jungle and Drum & Bass.

His sound is equally influenced by old school jungle, reggae-inspired Drum & Bass and modern rollers. As a DJ, he is part of the long-standing french band La Phaze, which blends the junglist sound with energetic punk rock vibes. His most recent tunes have been released on Deep in The Jungle Records, Liondub International, Original Key, Hyperactivity Music and Jungle Cakes. He has seen support on BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.

I’ve personally been a big fan of Speaker Louis for the last couple of years and so I’m stoked to be bringing you this new Renegade Riddims mix to you today.
