Polarized drops ‘Miscalculations’ on Lost The Plot

Polarized is a relative newcomer to the Drum & Bass scene who makes his debut solo release on rising label Lost The Plot with a 2 tracker entitled ‘Miscalculations / Wasps’.

Hailing from Birmingham, Polarized has started to make a name for himself this year with debut releases on Lost The Plot, SINE Audio and Transparent Audio, with more planned for the rest of the year.

Inspired by the darker side of Drum & Bass, he has been crafting and developing his sound, pushed by a lot of hard work in the background through lockdown, to improve his productions levels.

This debut solo release on Lost The Plot marks the first big step up in his solo productions, whilst also having more collaborations on the go with some excellent producers. Polarized is looking to keep pushing his sound forwards and put Birmingham on the map for deep, dark minimal Drum & Bass.

Today we premiere ‘Miscalculations’ which starts with eerie soundscapes before a foreboding bassline kicks in gradually building into a dark minimal flex. This is a well crafted track and we can’t wait to hear more from Polarized!
