Kicking things off is a remarkable remix of ‘The Teacher’, a standout track from Philth’s 2020 album, ‘Moments in Time LP (Part 2)‘. Partnering with Bredren, longstanding associates, Philth entrusts them with breathing new life into the tune, resulting in a transformative rendition that’s nothing short of remarkable.
Following suit is the vinyl-exclusive ‘Majesty VIP’, a masterfully crafted fusion of Techstep, Tramen, and Reese elements meticulously concocted within the analogue confines of Craggz‘s studio. Serving as a tantalizing preview of the forthcoming Battery & Philth EP on Dispatch, it’s a testament to the calibre of sonic innovation on offer.
Then, there’s ‘Colour Blind’, a rare gem unearthed from the depths of Philth’s vaults, co-authored alongside Survival & Script during the nascent stages of their illustrious SCAR project. After years of dormancy, the track receives a revitalized mixdown, earning its rightful place in the Dispatch Dubplate series, dedicated to showcasing elusive tracks and exclusive dubs.
