One Mindz drops ‘Outside The Bubble / Without Fear’

One Mindz joins M Ocean Records with his debut release on the imprint ‘Outside The Bubble / Without Fear’. One Mindz is part of the new generation of Drum & Bass producers on the scene. With his tracks being played at more events, One Mindz has been conquering more and more space.

Carlos Oliveira Silva, known as Carlinhos Groove aka One Mindz, had his first contact with underground music in ’94 as a DJ influenced by his older brother who was a DJ and thus began his career in the world of electronic music.

“2021 was a very special year in my career, I had releases on Dutty Audio, True Box Records, DNBB Records, UTM Records and RAM Records, which is part of the annual 2022 album. How can I say, I’m a music machine. To make music I need to be excited about something, I start sketching and polishing, I do the main part of the track, the rest is easier, how can I tell you… like I’m putting together a Lego toy.”

One Mindz

Introducing exciting new talent to the M Ocean Records family, they welcome One Mindz with his first release on the label. Drawing inspiration from his surroundings, the Brazilian born DJ and Producer is dedicated to adding extracts into his diverse production skills which are represented on the EP.

Setting things off is ‘Without Fear’ One Mindz experiments with different levels of bass, over neatly placed skippy techy beats. A driving razor baseline carries throughout finishing the track off. Switching it up on the next track ‘Outside The Bubble’ instantly changes the mood, an eerie intro leads into a punchy heavyweight beat, warping distorted dirty bass to tear your speakers in two.
