Following the successful launch of the label in 2021 and being nominated as “Best Newcomer Label” on the Drum & Bass Arena Awards, Low Syndicate Audio is back with an exciting year ahead. They start this year with a banging release from Mughte entitled ‘Break The Sound’ EP.
Low Syndicate Audio‘s objective for 2022 is to continue supporting artists from their city (Valencia). For the third release, they have the pleasure of introducing Mughte, one of the most alluring newcomers of the Valencian scene.
Mughte is a young French producer based in Spain, who at only 22 years old is already standing out as a talented artist both in the studio as well as behind the decks. With his roots in the more upfront styles of Bass Music, as displayed on previous self-released works, Mughte makes his debut on Low Syndicate Audio with ‘Break The Sound’. An EP where he demonstrates the development of his sound whilst preserving the accumulation of styles he’s played over the last four years. This release marks an expansion into new sonic territory for the label and a solid entry in their catalogue, riding confidently on the new wave of Rolling Drum & Bass.
The EP includes four captivating rolling bangers. Two of them (‘Break The Sound’ and ‘System Failure’) are 100% focused on the dancefloor, having a lead sound that gives the feeling of stampeding elephants breaking through a sound system. The other two (‘Crime Scene’ & ‘Vintage Freq’) have similar textures and vibes but with a deeper flavour, a notable hook, thick basslines and techy arrangements. Rounding off the EP is the Bonus Track (‘Transmission’) that will be released as a freebie ahead of the general release date.
Today we premiere ‘Break The Sound’ which you can check out below. The ‘Break The Sound’ EP drops via Low Syndicate Audio on 30th January, make sure you grab a copy from here
