Share

Next up on Midas Touch Recordings is fellow Belgian M-zine with his banging new EP ‘Trepid’.

Nostalgia is something that not only influences our cultural creation and consumption today, but nostalgia is also how Drum & Bass finds a way to reinvigorate itself and M-zine expresses this feeling immaculately. M-zine’s work is meticulous and transportive. He is an artist plucked from the deepest depths and has carved his own niche in the Drum & Bass scene.

M-zine has already had some releases on a few of the hottest labels in the scene like Dispatch Recordings, Commercial Suicide, 31 Records and Sofa Sound Bristol to name just a few. He has also garnered support from the likes of Alix Perez, Skeptical and DLR, and he is eager to unleash his prowess onto the Drum & Bass fraternity.

Today, Midas Touch tell us “We are more than happy to welcome him to the Midas Touch roster as he delivers an excellent 5 track EP full of darkness and sub-basses, which defines his unique sound. Inside we have a collaboration with Jumpat on the title track and Spinline on the remix treatment where they deliver their classic sound and flavour as result!”

Today we premiere M-Zine & Jumpat ‘Trepid’ (Spinline Remix) which you can check out below. The EP drops on Beatport and Spotify this Friday 25th March and will be on all other platforms on Friday 8th April. Make sure you grab yourself a copy from here!
