Indicator Records release ihsetiK’s ‘Iron Fist Remixes’ EP

Indicator Records are excited to announce that their latest release is set to make its global debut on the 27th of October 2023. The ‘Iron Fist Remixes’ comprises a collection of reworks of their inaugural release, Indicator001, by some of ihsetiK’s current favourite producers.

Lossless Music label boss and 31 Recordings artist Soul Intent takes ‘Oops’ and transforms it into a massive, rolling monstrosity, reminiscent of one of the all-time favorite drum and bass tracks, the classic ‘Known Unknown – Rollers Edit’.

The second contributor is a legend in the Industrial Techno scene, known as Stormtrooper, famous for releases on Deathchant and Lenny Dee’s Industrial Strength imprint. He unleashes his creative prowess on ‘Maniac’ without holding anything back.

The third artist in the lineup is Ekwols, a close friend and associate of the label who is rapidly making a name for himself in the Neuro Drum & Bass scene. Ekwols is soon to feature at the 25th Anniversary of Virus Recordings on the 3rd of November at the Steelyard in London (sorry if you haven’t got tickets, this event has sold out!). He takes the amazing ‘Air Raid’ and morphs it into a sound clash resembling a battle between a chainsaw and a lightsaber.

Last but not least, Counterfeit Jesus, Indicator Records’ artist in Paris, reimagines ‘Air Raid’ into a hard house floor-filler. Interestingly, they didn’t even request it; he spontaneously sent an email with the file attached, accompanied by a picture of the face-melting scene from Indiana Jones. It’s a touch of sophistication from the elusive Frenchman.
