Fireworks Factory debuts on 1 More Thing with ‘Breaking Gemstones’ & ‘Can’t Stand The Rain’ 

Let’s kick this off with a bang shall we?

Everything about this release is super special and meaningful….

Fireworks Factory initially came onto the 1 More Thing radar when he won the Mixmas DJ competition back in December. The prize was an interview, a mix in their long-running 1 More Mix series and a gig at a future event.

Then things suddenly escalated…

His winning mix contained a number of exceptional productions that 1MT founder Dave Columbo was keen to play in his sets. When it turned out they were Fireworks Factory productions, and he was looking to release them with the right label, the conversation stepped up a gear or 10.

Fast forward no more than 6 months and a DJ comp victory has now developed into something much more substantial and exciting. Sitting between the worlds of tech, jump-up, dancefloor and rollers both ‘Breaking Gemstones’ and ‘Can’t Stand The Rain’ herald the start of an exciting career that the young artist has been working on since he first fell in love with the creative process years ago.

First as an experimental singer-songwriter and now as a producer with a hunger for fusion, emotion and telling powerful stories at powerful tempos; after years of honing his sound and fine-tuning his tekkers, Fireworks Factory is now ready to share his unique vision and sonic identity to the world.

It starts here with these two firing slabs of contemporary D&B. And like all good fireworks displays… Be prepared for plenty of big big bangs.
