Delah & Ciland drop ‘Off Limits’ EP on Low Syndicate Audio
One year has now passed since Low Syndicate Audio was founded and they are proud to present their fifth release ‘Off LImits’ EP. For this sonic instalment, they have once again called upon comrade Delah author of their debut feature ‘Bigman’ EP, who is accompanied on this occasion by one of the most prolific Chilean producers Ciland, who is a usual suspect on the likes of LowFreqMX, DNBB and Shidzen Music, among others.
The collaboration on this EP delivers an excellent sound with Ciland’s soulful flavour and organic arrangements blending beautifully with Delah’s synthetic textures and deep solidity, resulting in this delicious EP entitled ‘Off Limits’, made up of three original tracks and a remix.
The opening track ‘Off Limits’, also providing the title of the EP, propels us to another dimension through subtle junglist nuances and elastic bass lines.
‘Won’t Get Away’ puts in a soulful touch with female vocal simples that are assembled with warm pads and a bassline that tears apart anything that crosses its path.
‘Fall Down’ takes us into darker, more techy and introspective spheres, combing ethereal arpeggios and pads with raw and solid drums that impregnate the listener with a powerful aroma of visceral romanticism.
To end the EP, we have the honour of presenting another new signing to the label, the Brazilian, One Mindz, known for his work on labels such as RAM Records, Dutty Audio, True Box, and his own imprint One Mindz Music. He has been given the task of remixing ‘Off Limits’, taking it to his own distinct territory and giving it an aggressive reese that has all the techy-roller essences with old school reminiscences that characterises him so much.
Today we premiere ‘Fall Down’ which you can check out below. The ‘Off Limits’ EP drops on Monday 25th July, make sure you grab a copy from here!
