Context Audio are very excited to welcome man of the moment Creatures into the family. He delivers a short, but sweet EP that’s all killer and absolutely no filler.
Creatures ‘Psychodynamics’ EP features three great cuts, all of equal potency. It’s a really fun time for all involved!
Opening the EP is an utter weapon in the form of ‘Transference’ which is a classic Creatures track, really. It’s got a big subby kick, a wicked roll out and a gnarly bassline.
Our premiere is ‘Archaic Heritage’ which is a proper deadly collab with fellow Bristolian Primitive Instinct. It’s big, it’s clever and it’s a hurter. Not much more to say really.
Finally the EP closes with a big remix by rising Austrian star Division. He’s put his own spin and signature snare on ‘Archaic Heritage’, turning it into even more of a stinker.
All in all the ‘Psychodynamics’ EP is no frills, no bullshit. Just three top tier weapons for your listening pleasure.
Creatures has been consistently bringing fresh sounds to the scene since his production career began. He has developed a unique approach to production, focusing on heavy rolling drum patterns, deep, warm bass design and captivating atmospherics. Still, only in his early twenties, his unique approach has caught the ears of many tastemakers, including S.P.Y, René LaVice and Drumsound & Bassline Smith.
