Tromino launches self-titled imprint
Tromino continues to impress with the first release on his own new self-titled imprint. It comes after support from the likes of Sam Divine of Defected and marks another big step up.
Tromino has always been submerged in music, from early production courses to owning record shops and DJ equipment stores. His style takes influence from the past, the present and the future and hotbeds like Chicago and Detroit with plenty of acid, chunky beats and dirty vocals adding extra flavour. His new label will be home to his own music and kicks off with a fine statement of intent.
Standout opener ‘Acid House Music’ gets you on your toes from the off with nimble drums and bass and chattering claps. Pinging kick drums and lively stabs all add fuel to the fire and ensure maximum destruction as the beat drops after an eerie breakdown.
This first release sums up all that is great about arresting house music. Check out ‘Acid House Music’ below and grab a copy here.
