Texlet Locks Into Gravitational Forces With ‘CEOS’

Share

Texlet lands on Gravitational Forces this Friday 3rd July with ‘CEOS’, a six-track techno package built for dark rooms and serious pressure.

The Belgian label, run by CMPND, has already pulled in names like Arnaud Le Texier, Joton, Amine Kohb, PS11, Herton and Dorbachov, so Texlet arrives in good company. The Antwerp DJ and producer brings over a decade of club experience into the booth and studio, following releases on Wangan Club and COMO Records.

The title cut ‘CEOS’ sets the tone with a throbbing low-end, drone tension, clipped strings and abstract sound design. It is direct, but never flat. Pulse.ar then take Texlet’s track into tougher territory for the remix we are premiering today on NUDE Techno, loading it with mechanical bass pressure, raw textures and the sort of functional bite that makes sense at 3am.

Elsewhere, ‘Bullseye’ keeps the drive moving with warm analogue weight and a dystopian edge, before wlkr slows things down for a deeper, more haunted remix. ‘Ductile’ adds warbling bass and crisp percussion, while ‘Turning Number’ closes things with off-kilter stabs, vocal clips and a proper heads-down rhythm.

A strong label debut from Texlet, and a very tidy one for Gravitational Forces.

Listen to our premiere of ‘CEOS (Pulse.ar Remix)’ on NUDE Techno, and grab the full release on Bandcamp from Friday.
