Shuski heads up the Staybad & Friends EP

Originally from the island of Maui, Hawaii, Shuski has developed a unique taste of dance music that stems from his early love of roots reggae, dub, and the 90’s era of hip hop. He moved to San Diego at the age of 20, where he discovered a passion for electronic music.

Throughout his high school years, he dabbled in creating and producing hip hop and reggae, so it wasn’t long until he had the idea to start creating what he was hearing in the clubs. From when he started releasing music, Shuski has caught the attention of some of the biggest names in the industry and has broken into top 100 charts on both Beatport and Traxsource Tech House, Minimal, and Melodic Techno; showing his wide range of production.

Staybad’s 6th release comes jam-packed with San Diego flavor!  As the second instalment of the Staybad & Friends series, this EP serves up a 50/50 split of tech house and deep house groovers. Shuski makes his debut and provides the drivey tech house vibes with his track, ‘Watch Me’.  Loaded up with 3 other tracks from Paul Najera & Junior Quijada, Cris Herrera & DuBeats, and Nik Thrine & H2H, this one’s got a bit of flavour for everyone, 100% inspired by sunshine.

With undying love and passion for music, Shuski shows no signs of slowing down and looks forward to creating the music he loves for years to come.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
