Safe Space revisits Ackermann’s album The Feeling That Brought Me Here with a wide-reaching remix package, landing 20 March 2026. We’re premiering the standout Confidential Recipe remix of Ackermann’s ‘The Feeling That Brought Me Here’.

Ackermann’s original album moved comfortably between house and techno, so it makes sense that the remix project pulls in a varied cast of producers. Berlin mainstay Anja Schneider, Gene Richards Jr, Simon Hinter, Black Mirror Park and Inafekt all step in, each pushing the material toward their own corner of the club.

For our premiere, Bogotá’s Confidential Recipe takes Ackermann’s ‘The Feeling That Brought Me Here’ into tougher territory. Rolling percussion, weighty low-end pressure and a tight techno groove lock it firmly into late-night territory, the sort of track that keeps heads down and the floor moving when the lights are low.

Elsewhere across the package you’ll find deeper house moods from Simon Hinter, trippy and dubby twists from Gene Richards Jr, a groove-laced cut from Anja Schneider, plus UK breaks energy via Black Mirror Park and a fast, hands-up house take from Inafekt.
