MD Traxx, the newly established sub-label of Moody Disco Records, is proud to announce the debut release of Odela Sound with a stunning 3-track EP titled “Thrill Me.” This marks a significant milestone for both the label and the artist, showcasing a fresh and innovative approach to Minimal Deep Tech music.

Odela Sound is a Brighton local DJ/Producer who broke on to the scene a couple of years ago. Expect high energy rolling house music and 90s inspired sounds. Odela Sound plays regularly for parties such as Moody Disco, Lullaby and Groovegate, who he made his 93 Feet East debut with just a couple of months ago. He has had Jamie Jones spin his track to a sold out Drumsheds and he has supported artists such as East End Dubs, Archie Hamilton, Late Replies and Nautica.

“Thrill Me”, the EP’s title track has been creating quite the buzz, receiving substantial support from industry heavyweights such as Jamie Jones, who opened his set at Drumsheds with the EP’s title cut “Thrill Me”, in front of a sold-out crowd of 15,000, setting the stage for what promises to be one of the breakout tracks of the summer.

The launch of MD Traxx comes hot on the heels of a highly successful debut for its main label, Moody Disco Records, which released its first project just last month, ‘The Bass EP’ by Kellie Allen, which included remixes from Jansons and Ashkaan himself. The debut release soared to no. 2 in the Beatport Top 100 Releases chart, quickly establishing Moody Disco Records as a formidable new presence in the electronic music scene.

“In addition to our parties, we now have the two record labels, both of which have an exciting release schedule which will take us up to the end of the year. Our mission with Moody Disco Records is to take our signature sound of house and deep tech that you hear at our parties and share it with the world, inviting our favourite established artists to release on the label. Running alongside Moody Disco Records is our sub-label, MD Traxx, proudly committed to nurturing emerging artists and supporting the development of the next generation of electronic music creators, and we’re incredibly proud to introduce MD Traxx with such a strong release from Odela Sound,” said Ashkaan.

The “Thrill Me” EP features three meticulously crafted tracks that highlight Odela Sound’s unique sound. Each track showcases a blend of deep, hypnotic grooves and minimalistic elements, perfect for both intimate club settings and large festival stages. The EP promises to resonate with fans of deep, immersive electronic music and sets the bar high for all future releases from MD Traxx.
