Deuce & Charger drop ‘We Are Made Of Light’

London-based vocal drum & bass duo Deuce & Charger drop their end of summer anthem. With its instant-classic piano intro, ‘We Are Made Of Light’ keeps the sunshine vibes going deep into the late summer festival season. A hazy vocal drifts over analogue synth-wave chords in the verse providing an emotional counterpoint to the euphoric drop; a filtered drum break building to a driving bass and huge chorus melody.

The track then takes a boisterous left-turn to a half-time drop with stuttering vocal cuts and trap-influenced snare rhythms. After moving through a dreamy, evocative break, ‘We Are Made Of Light’ peaks with a return to its uplifting drum & bass drop and chorus vocal.

It’s a wild musical ride showcasing Deuce & Charger’s ability to blend contrasting bass music styles with their classic melodic songwriting.​ In my opinion, this is Deuce & Charger’s best work to date and I can’t wait for more new music from this incredible rising duo.
