Carlo Lio returns to Desolat on 1st May with ‘Perseco’, landing back on Loco Dice’s label more than a decade after his appearance on the 2014 ‘Desolat X-Sampler’.

The Toronto mainstay has long been a sharp operator in tech house, with cuts on Intec, SCI+TEC and his own Rawthentic imprint. ‘Perseco’ keeps that reputation intact.

Built on a rolling, thudding bassline, Carlo Lio’s track pushes straight into warehouse territory. Rugged drums, industrial edges, echoing vocals and an eerie synth line keep the pressure locked without overcooking it.
