ARTWERQ cut deep on Brobot Records with ‘Don’t Want Your Love’

Share

ARTWERQ hit Brobot Records on May 15th with ‘Don’t Want Your Love’, and we’ve got the premiere today.

The pairing of Grammy-nominated producer Ming and NYC/CHI-rooted Blaqwell keeps sharpening nicely. This one sits right in that sweet spot between soul, grit and proper club pressure. Brobot has long had a knack for records that sit between house history and forward-facing club gear, and ARTWERQ fit neatly into that lane.

Detuned piano riffs do the damage early, with rich vocals, tight jackin’ drums and a bluesy edge giving the track its bite. Stripped back, moody, but still carrying enough lift for basements, rooftops and those late-set moments when the room locks in.

ARTWERQ’s ‘Don’t Want Your Love’ lands May 15th on Brobot Records.

Listen to the premiere now and grab it on Beatport when it drops.
