2LM Light It Up With New Weapon ‘Flores’ on Soundwav Records

We’re back in premiere mode, and this one’s got heat written all over it.

LA duo 2LM return with a second slice from their double drop on Soundwav Records, and today we’ve got the exclusive on ‘Flores’, a low-slung, percussive roller that twists and turns through glitchy breakdowns and floating vocal shimmers.

If you’ve clocked 2LM before, you’ll know these two don’t play it safe. From dusty hip-hop roots and vinyl sessions in the city to warehouse-flexing club cuts, they’ve carved out a sound that blends rugged bounce with future-focused precision.

And after early drops on DND Recs, Dimmak, and Bassrush, plus support from the likes of Deorro, Steve Aoki, and Bijou, it’s no surprise they’re landing releases on labels like Repopulate Mars and Konvict Muzik.

‘Flores’ flips the energy from their last single ‘Check It’. Where that one punched hard with chopped vocals and bass weight, this track rides a more minimal groove. Think tight drums, a subtle swing, and those dreamy vocal flickers that dance across the breakdown like smoke in a strobe-lit basement.

It’s hypnotic, heady, and primed for those deeper moments, early doors, sunrise sets, or that one tune you drop when the room’s locked into the rhythm.

We’re buzzing to premiere ‘Flores’ today.

Stream it now and keep this one on heavy rotation.

You can grab it on Beatport from July 10.
