2016 marks a momentous year for family-owned audio firm Ruark, as it celebrates three decades of passion for high fidelity and beautiful design. In 1986 it started out manufacturing world-class high-end loudspeakers for hi-fi enthusiasts; today it applies those same high quality principles to design and engineer a new generation of perfectly formed, luxury sound systems.  Their MR1 award-winning speakers feature class-leading sound quality, wireless audio streaming from Bluetooth devices with aptX technology for CD quality audio, subwoofer output and come with a compact remote control, whilst the luxurious hand-crafted wood enclosure design will feature Martin’s name on the side.

Martin explained why he wanted to be a part of this speaker model: “When I first plugged into these Ruark Audio MR1s I was astonished at what I heard! A friend had suggested I try them out and I was completely blown away that this small speaker sounded so clear and precise. They are built with a quality level that demands they belong in a professional studio and have

become something I rely on as an extra pair of reference speakers for the music I create. Their size and weight is perfect for when you’re on the road and want to continue to be productive, with a familiar reference. With all my traveling it allows me to continue by studio work from a hotel, house, apartment and beyond.”
