On Saturday 5th March, B.A.R.E (Be A Rare Exception) will celebrate their third birthday.

Taking over London’s mighty Oval Space for an evening of tribal infused wanderlust, B.A.R.E will congregate for a ceremonial tribute to 3 years of indelible events and forward motion.  Since its inception in 2013 at Brick Lane’s infamous Vibe Bar, B.A.R.E has always alluded to a focus on doing things differently when it comes to the party. Undeterred by the status quo, the philosophy of B.A.R.E is simple: a party that stands purely for good people, good music and good vibes. From basements to art galleries, warehouses, clubs and festivals, B.A.R.E consistently rises from strength to strength quickly defining itself as one of London’s key players, with a dedicated following of hedonists who have grown tired of carbon copy offerings.  Heading up the birthday proceedings are Moon Harbour tech house connoisseurs Luna City Express; Desolat and Cocoon affiliate Basti Grub; and B.A.R.Es Jnr Windross, Daniel and Leroy Roberts. ‘Inclusive not exclusive – all are welcomed with open arms as long as you come with a smile on your face. We love spreading the B.A.R.E Love everywhere we go. The world is our stomping ground, but London our home.’ Expect full production, with every corner of the room covered, as each party is a bespoke experience for the great eccentrics to play— themed and decorated to suit the journey.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
