Sankeys brings one of its most legendary Manchester nights to NYC, the UK’s award-winning legendary Tribal Sessions.

Launching on Friday 15th November with two of France’s finest electronic music exports, Dan Ghenacia and Shonky. Having both had a very busy summer with their solo residencies at dc10’s Circoloco, they also make up two thirds of Apollonia, alongside Dyed Soundorom. Their notable contribution to the Parisian underground sound is the perfect start for Tribal Sessions and its ethos to bring ‘Forward thinking music without prejudice’. Having launched in Manchester in 2001, the notorious British night was the original facepaint party where Sankeys founder David Vincent united all clubbers by personally painting faces of all in attendance, uniting everyone in the same tribe.

Joining them on the line-up is Autobrennt, Lovecraft and finally up and coming star Chappell, who wow us at Data Transmission over the summer, a clear one to watch.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
