Now as followers of the site will appreciate we don’t do things by half at DT and the weekly podcast has always been at the heart of what we do as we seek to introduce you to the latest and greatest sounds in electronic music today.

For this weeks exclusive mix we hooked up with one of Eastern Europe’s most forward thinking and fast emerging festivals in MAD in Belgrade to deliver a stellar mix from Jackie Dagger and Feloneezy for a special Teklife x Mystic Stylez podcast. Unfamilar with MAD in Belgrade? Let us fill you in. 48 hours, non-stop, of the best electronic music has to offer with a perfectly pitched line up of over 100 artists representing the best of house, techno, bass, trap, footwork and much more.

Two main stages in a huge park, next to the sunny Danube River host the majority of the talent on display whilst
MAD boat parties, roam the river surrounding the site, hosted by some of the best underground labels and promoters, from Serbia and the rest of the world.

Now, it would be impossible for us to publish this podcast without a shout out to the late, great DJ Rashad. Following the tragic passing of fellow Tek Life member DJ Rashad we’d like to take the opportunity to use the mix to pay tribute to the footwork innovator as the scene struggles to come to terms with the loss of an immeasurable talent. R.I.P.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
